Absolutely. If you have a specific design, text, or idea in mind, we would love to bring it to life. Simply send us an email with your customisation request including any design files, color preferences, or details, and our team will get back to you with next steps. 

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping then adds 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders, and 7 to 21 business days for international orders, depending on your location.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged or with a print issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

6. What do the alphanumeric codes next to “Product Features” mean?

Each product listing includes a code that references the base garment used to create that piece. We believe in full transparency so we advise searching the code online before making a purchase so you can verify exactly what you’re buying.
